About SalesTrainingTV.com and Greg Bennett
Greg Bennett likes to describe himself as a "Sales Catalyst" - meaning he causes sales to happen within an organization. And not just happen in the short term, but long-term, sustained sales improvement is the goal of Greg's engagements with his clients. Since 1988, Bennett has been working with hundreds organizations of all sizes, in all industries, on how to turn the average company into what he calls the “Ultimate Sales Organization”.
In 1987, Bennett came up with the idea to base a sales training program on the core techniques and strategies used by Psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, who are taught to listen and “be aware” at very deep levels. Bennett took those concepts and boiled them down into concepts anyone could use to gain control of any sales situation, listen at deeper levels, and sell in a more professional fashion.
Bennett used this "Psych Selling" model as the core of the various training programs he developed for managers and salespeople, as well as for the basis of the hundreds of customized courses for has created for his many clients including – Qwest, StorageTek, Warner Bros., Clear Channel Communications, the National Basketball Association and hundreds of other large and small corporations.
In 1998, Bennett developed the first on-line sales training site called, www.SalesTrainingTV.com, and began using the internet to revolutionize the way training programs could be delivered to sales managers and salespeople on the front lines.
Through SalesTrainingTV, Bennett now works with companies and associations to create their own training channels on-line, featuring training videos and live seminars Bennett creates for each organization. In addition to the dvd programs and on-line video content he has made available on-line, Bennett is planning on publishing several books over the coming years on his unique sales and marketing strategies and ideas. Bennett is also a partner in a sports consulting and branded product development company called, APC--Altitude Premium Consulting, which is a partner organization within Kroenke Sports Enterprises, owners of the Denver Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche, Colorado Rapids and several other sports and entertainment entities.
Bennett lives in Littleton, Colorado with his wife Rosemary and their four daughters, Brooke, Blaire, Kaity and Madison.
